I am indeed honored to be here this morning to officiate at the opening of the “Life Under the Sea” Marine Science Centre and celebrate World Ocean Day. Who would have thought of a more fitting day to celebrate World ocean Day with the opening of the Centre, after the recent success from COP23 and the even more recent Commonwealth Heads of Government Assembly (CHOGA) held in London two weeks ago.
